Letter from the Holy Spirit

Dear Luvit & You:

You are so Precious to your  Father  God, He Loves you so much, He was the one that gave you Life when you were born, He even pre-destined the location, day, time and the year.

 (For You formed my inward parts;

You covered me in my mother’s womb.

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Psalm 139:13-14)

He, your Father God Loves You so much, He does, He cares for you much more that you can even think, He desires for you and sees you like the person He created you to be, an awesome & beautiful woman.
He sees you everyday and He is taking care of you.
(casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 1Peter 5:7)

Regardless of the terrible, ugly, painful, hurtful, experiences and circumstances happened to you or will happen (These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33)
nothing can separate you from the Love of your father God,
(For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39)

Don't believe the lies of the enemy, he always uses our circumstances and experiences to attack the Love of God (your believes about how much He does loves you), making you doubt God's Love for you is his main tactic, don't be fool by him.
God will always Loves you regardless the trials, frustrations, deceptions, hurts.
If the enemy sows the seed of doubt (God's Love for you) in your heart, that will be the main open door for him to come to still, kill and destroy other areas in you life. (The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. John 10:10)

God Loves you So Much! Believe it and be transformed by His Love! :)

Be Angry and do NOT sin!

Ephesians 4:26-27

“Be angry, and do not sin” do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.

Is it possible to be angry and do not let that anger dominate you to sin? Hmmmm.. well that's what the bible tells us, “Be angry, and do not sin”.
Many times I have been very angry mostly towards the person most I love.. my husband. I had let angry feelings control my responses many times, and the results were not pleasing at all to the Lord. How do you manage that anger? Do you keep it in your interior feeding it until one day you explode like a volcano! or do you take it to the Lord instead?
Well I know I have done both but just one will give you an exchange for Peace & Joy.. Guess which one is it? Yes, you got it! Submitting all that junk (rage, envy, jealousy, violence, wrath, a murder spirit - because Murder Begins in the Heart)
to the Lord Jesus Christ, He is the only one that can help in times of trouble.

James 4:7
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

The Lord took me this morning to the story of Cain & Abel in Genesis chapter 4.
Cain felt rejected by God because God was not pleased with his offering, but Abel found favor with God, Cain was jealous, envy, angry with his brother Abel.

Genesis 7:6-7
So the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”

Many times I have felt that way, rejected, hurt, jealous... but God is so clear, He told me once and was the first time couple years ago that I heard in my spirit
"Luvit, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”
When you get angry, you have 2 choices, open the door to sin (the devil) or go to the Lord and cry for His help for His peace to surround you. I have made the mistake of many times choosing the first one and the consequences were severe.

Lets continue with the story of Cain,

8 Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.
9 Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?”
He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?”
10 And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground. 11 So now youare cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. 12 When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. A fugitive and a vagabond you shall be on the earth.”
13 And Cain said to the LORD, “My punishment is greater than I can bear! 14 Surely You have driven me out this day from the face of the ground; I shall be hidden from Your face; I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond on the earth, and it will happen that anyone who finds me will kill me.”
15 And the LORD said to him, “Therefore,[b] whoever kills Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.” And the LORD set a mark on Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.

What a terrible punishment Cain brought to himself for lacking self-control and for being disobedient since God gave Him a clear warning. Was it worth it? Nope.

Also while reading the rest of the story I see that Cain had family and had pass the generational curse to them, to one of his descendants Lamech;

Genesis 4
23 Then Lamech said to his wives:
      “Adah and Zillah, hear my voice;
Wives of Lamech, listen to my speech!
For I have killed a man for wounding me,
Even a young man for hurting me.

24 If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold,
      Then Lamech seventy-sevenfold.”

Lameck has killed a young man for wounding & hurting him and Lameck was saying if anybody kills him that person will be punished seventy sevenfold (times).
And that's the amazing revelation that the Lord gave me today, Jesus said almost the same thing talking about forgiveness in:

Matthew 18:21-22

Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”
Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

(Be Angry►Forgive►Say NO to sin)

Angry its an emotional feeling when we have been violated, when someone has crossed over our boundaries. But what the Lord wants us to do is to FORGIVE the offense quickly. I'm not saying that to be angry is bad but if we don't deal with it the right way in a Godly manner with God's help it will bring much pain to you and others.

Ephesians 4:31
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

Ecclesiastes 7:9
Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools.

I pray that you will be humble and submit all anger to God and received an exchange of His peace that passes all understanding, that you will be quickly to recognize the enemy schemes and trust in the Lord you God for just vengeance,
"for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God". James 1:20
In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Do you want to know your future?

How many times have I asked myself, what's my future? What was going to happen in 5 years? Whom I was going to marry? need Direction for my life, should I get that job, etc...? ~
Before I was a Christian, I used to wonder about my future, I was so desperate to know, that I started getting involve in the occult, new age, middle eastern cultures, tarot readings and psychics.
God is not in those places, I was asking the right questions but in the wrong places.
But when I accepted  Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour,  I found out the truth, that ONLY GOD KNOWS OUR FUTURE & DESTINY,  and before we were even born God had a plan for our lives.

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you afuture and a hope.

We have to seek God's will for our lives through prayer & reading His Word in the bible, He has so many wonderful things for us, we are His Beloved, we are His masterpiece. We can ask Him and He will respond according to His word.

James 4:8
"Come close to God and He will come close to you" [Recognize that you are] sinners, get your soiled hands clean; [realize that you have been disloyal] wavering individuals with divided interests, and purify your hearts [of your spiritual adultery].

God Loves us so much that He sacrificed Jesus His only son on the cross,

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life".

When you find Jesus or when Jesus finds you(that happened to me) you will be filled with the only truth of this world, other things in this world is a counterfeit (fake or copy) of the Real Thing found in Jesus Christ.

John 14:6

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

I pray that God manifest himself to you and shower you with his knowledge, wisdom & Love for you, In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Faith vs Anxiety

What is Faith? The Word of God says :

Hebrews 11:1

"Faith is the confidence that what we Hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."

Have you ever experience anxiety, stress, worries, lack of confidence, lack of faith? I'm sure you have, so am I.
Did you know that's the spirit of fear? it means that we have allowed fear to control us instead of persevering in our Faith in the Lord, and if we don't stop it, fear brings torment.

To worry means: to feel or experience concern or anxiety,
to have mental distress or agitation.

The Lord Jesus says,

Matthew 6:34 “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Matthew 6:25“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?

Also the bible says:

1 Peter 5:7
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
      Philippians 4:6
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

So lets start putting our Faith in God in every situation we face, remembering that God is in control, not us, lets put our trust in Him always above any negative circumstances.
I know sometimes the scripture above is not so easy to do than to say, but is only by faith, we have to be doers and not just hearers of the word  and take God by his word because won't return void (empty), lets expect and receive all the promises that God has for those who believes in Him. Also the Word says that "without Faith is impossible to please God"

Conviction or Condemnation?

Romans 8:1

" There is therefore NOW no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."

Have you ever felt guilty after getting angry and yelling at your kids? or loosing control of yourself? or acting like a fool? or maybe doing something against your convictions?
Well, I know I have. I will say that one of the precious benefits of  following Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour is to know that He forgives and remembers NO more all your sins, He washes us with his pure blood and make us clean as white as snow.

Psalm 51:7 says:
Purify me from my sins, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

Isaiah 1:18
“Come now, let’s settle this,”says the Lord.“Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.

The Holy Spirit is the one that brings conviction to our lives, is that small voice inside your heart that tells you what is right and what is wrong, He (the Holy Spirit) leads us to repentance so we can turn to God for help since without God we can't do anything.
Philippians 4:13 "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

Here are some scriptures about the Holy Spirit.

Luke 24:49
“And now I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven.”

John 3:6
Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.

John 14:17
He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.

John 14:26
But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

Now lets see the definition of the words conviction & condemnation (taken from the Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

God Created us Beautiful & Wonderful in His own Image

Psalm 139

1 O Lord, you have examined my heart
      and know everything about me.
2 You know when I sit down or stand up.
You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.
3 You see me when I travel
and when I rest at home.
      You know everything I do.
4 You know what I am going to say
even before I say it, Lord.
5 You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!
7 I can never escape from your Spirit!
I can never get away from your presence!
 8 If I go up to heaven, you are there;
if I go down to the grave,[a] you are there.
9 If I ride the wings of the morning,
if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
and your strength will support me.
11 I could ask the darkness to hide me
and the light around me to become night—
12 but even in darkness I cannot hide from you.
To you the night shines as bright as day.
Darkness and light are the same to you.
13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
   Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.
17 How precious are your thoughts about me,[b] O God.
      They cannot be numbered!
 18 I can’t even count them;
they outnumber the grains of sand!
   And when I wake up,
      you are still with me!
19 O God, if only you would destroy the wicked!
Get out of my life, you murderers!
 20 They blaspheme you;
      your enemies misuse your name.
21 O Lord, shouldn’t I hate those who hate you?
Shouldn’t I despise those who oppose you?
22 Yes, I hate them with total hatred,
for your enemies are my enemies.
 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 Point out anything in me that offends you,
and lead me along the path of everlasting life.
